Indian spice mixes such as curry and Masala
We all know curry, and each of us immediately associates curry with Indian cuisine. But curry is not just curry, and every Indian region has created its curry powder. Indian cooks must first learn how to make spice blends. It is high art to produce spice mixes. African cuisine is tasty and famous all over the world. Berbere is a typical spice mixture in Ethiopia, fiery hot there, which we cannot tolerate in our latitudes :-) Therefore, our combination is milder. If you like it hot and spicy, add some chili habanero powder as needed.

Fish belong on the table. According to the recommendation of nutritionists, at least once a week. I personally love fish. Delicious fish curry with our great Bangkok curry is a real treat. The Japanese spice mixture Shichimi Togarashi is also excellent for grilled fish. This delightful spice mixture consists of the following ingredients: red pepper, dried tangerine peel, black and white sesame, green seaweed, Japanese mountain pepper, ginger.
