Our English curry has a spicy fragrance that instantly transports you to India. It is an aromatic combination of turmeric, coriander, mustard, fenugreek, dextrose, fennel, ginger, pepper, garlic, cumin, rice, cardamom, basil, salt, cinnamon, cloves and chilli.
It's a mild aromatic curry that my kids love because it's not hot. With it, I like to prepare a chicken curry with coconut milk, red pepper, carrots and sugar snap.
Our English Curry fits many dishes. You can use it to season fish, meat, vegetables or even spreads of vegetables for bread. It colors rice yellowish - orange and gives it the typical curry aroma, additionally you can fry the rice with various vegetable varieties if you want. Aromatic and light ideal for the summer.
Curry also spices dips and sauces. You can also prepare your curry with fruits like pineapple or mango for a fruity variation. In a Curry dish you can put whatever you like.
Curry is derived from the word Kari, and stands for Asian stew dishes that have a creamy sauce. These dishes are usually served with rice also potatoes or naan bread. These curry dishes are flavored with many different spices. In the colonial era, the English were so fond of the local cuisine and their spicy foods that they created curry powder to take home this delicious taste. Since they did not like eating very sharp, the English curry is created mild.

Please fill your Curry in an airtight container after receipt. I recommend glasses with screw cap. This will keep your curry fresh for a long time. Keep it protected from the sun in a cool, dry and dark place.
