Churrasco is the Latin American way of seasoning grilled food. A blend of Brazilian recipe, just from the Rio Grande do Sul, home of the gaucho culture. Our Churrasco BBQ mix is a synonymous with grilled meat over open coal fire. In Latin America meat is flavored with this unique and delicious blend.
Our Churrasco BBQ Grill Mix Blend has a medium spicy flavor. It goes well with all specialties of beef, pork, lamb and grilled poultry. It refines steaks, meat and vegetable skewers and all other meat dishes. If you want to increase the spicy component, we recommend adding some Habanero chili in moderation.
This mixture is so universal that it is even used for the famous bean soup. Churrasco, in fact, is also a blend for vegan dishes, such as beans, to experience the typical Mexican flavor. The taste of a country containing 22 flavors.
Recipe for marinating pork ribs for 4 people.
6 tablespoons soy sauce
6 tablespoons dry sherry
6 tablespoons of honey
2 teaspoons of our Churrasco Barbeque
250 ml olive oil
2 kg pork ribs
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl well, rub the ribs well with it. Marinate in the refrigerator for one night. While cooking, sprinkle the ribs again on both sides with the remaining marinade.
