For a successful wok dish, it is advisable to prepare all ingredients before cooking. Use vegetables such as fennel, bell pepper, courgette, broccoli or carrots – or Asian-style ingredients such as pak choi, bean sprouts or Chinese cabbage. Add the ingredients to the wok according to their cooking time, and season with soy sauce and our seasoning mix.
