Recipe Idea: Classic Tikka Masala Curry
Marinate 500 g chicken or tofu with 150 g yogurt, 2 tbsp oil and 2 tbsp Tikka Masala Spice Mix for at least 1 hour (overnight preferred).
Fry in a pan, add onion, garlic and ginger. Deglaze with 400 g chopped tomatoes and 200 ml cream or coconut milk.
Simmer for 15 minutes and serve with basmati rice or naan bread.
Dosage & Storage
Use about 1–2 tsp per serving. For marinades: 1–2 tbsp per 500 g of meat or vegetables.
