You can also use the Colorado Texas Rub for a barbecue. Put about 1-2 teaspoons of BBQ Rub in a bowl with some oil. Mix well and coat your grill meat with it. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours. Remember to take it out of the fridge about an hour before you want to grill it so the meat is not too cold when grilled.

Storage of BBQ spice mixtures
Please put all your spices in jars with screw cap closure. Cook them for about 5 minutes in bubbly boiling water. Store your spice jars dark, dry and cool.
