Chili Jalapeno red flakes: your aroma profile
Chili Jalapeno red flakes are a quintessential spice of Mexican cuisine. They have a characteristic sweet hot chocolate aroma. But not only those who like to cook Mexican food cannot avoid these chili flakes, but also everyone else who likes it hot. Because they are universally applicable.
As already mentioned, you can flavor everything with this spice. I like to sprinkle it on pizza, in soups, and on salads. I also like to flavor olives, with a mixture of red & green Jalapeno, some Urfa Biber chili, wild rosemary, and last but not least, wild thyme.

The jalapeno chili is a Capsicum fruit. It is a hot and medium-sized chili pepper variety, and you can distinguish it very well by their round tips. Also, their color may vary. In the meantime, there are not only green jalapenos but also cultivars of violet to black or even white. The chili jalapeno variety is a small to medium-sized pepper/chili pod. These are about 7-8 cm long and up to 2 cm thick.
Chipotle means that it is a smoked jalapeno chili pepper. Since the jalapeños are difficult to dry, some smoke them for preservation.
Jalapeno chilies are green at first and turn red when thoroughly ripe. They make these tasty chilies jalapeno flakes from completely ripe red jalapeno chilies. They have a pleasant sharpness to delicately flavor sauces and soups.
