Mallow flowers (Malva) are a member of the mallow family and most likely originated in the South of Europe. There are 15 to 30 species altogether.
As a tea
Mallow flowers are best brewed to a tea. For this purpose, add 1 heaped teaspoon of mallow (approx. 0.5 g) to a cup of water (150 ml). Boil the mixture, remove it from the hob, cover the mixture, and then leave to drain for 10 minutes. After giving it through a sieve, they can enjoy their tea.
Storage of mallows
Put your mallows in a clean glass with screw cap. To avoid contamination, you should boil the glass for 5 minutes before. Keep the mallows sheltered from the sun in a cool and dark place.
