Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day

• on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods, or
• in the case of a single order containing multiple goods: on which you or a third party designated by you received the final item.

Special Notes on Food Products / Sealed Goods

For products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the following applies:

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the goods were unsealed or opened after delivery.

All spices, herbs and food products supplied by Orlandosidee are packaged in hygienically sealed containers. Once the seal has been opened or damaged, withdrawal is excluded (§ 312g (2) No. 3 German Civil Code).

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by letter or email).

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal.

For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods — whichever is earlier.

Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to the following address immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Please note: Goods whose seal has been opened are excluded from withdrawal and cannot be refunded.
